In 2005 Kitty completed her first RYT-200 certification for Hot Yoga through Corepower Yoga in Minneapolis and began teaching. She quickly found that yoga helped to rehab old sports injuries, and that conscious breathing improved her sleep and kept her mind clear.After 4 years of personal practice, she knew she wanted to teach.
